Broodmare Barn - $10,000______________________________________
Each Broodmare Barn comes with ten 12 x 14 foot stalls that cost about $1,000 each. Each stall is large and roomy, providing your broodmares comfort and security before breeding, during pregnancy, and during foaling. A ten stall structure takes up two acres of land. Included with every 10 stalls is one tack room, one feed room, and two wash stalls. The overall cost will vary between purchases, and you can choose to buy additional stalls, or less stalls per purchase if you wish to do so


Stallion Barn - $14,000_________________________________________
Each stallion barn comes with six 12 x 14 foot stalls that cost about $2,000 each. Each stall is spacious and luxurious, offering your standing stallions optimum comfort during their retirement. A six stall structure takes up about two acres of land. Attached private paddocks for each stallion is optional, and will cost an additional $4,000 plus an additional acre of land. Included with every six stalls is one feed room, one tack room, and two wash stalls. The overall cost will vary between purchases, and you can choose to buy additional stalls, or less stalls per purchase if you wish to do so.


Foaling Barn - $10,000_________________________________________
Each foaling barn comes with five 12 x 18 foot stalls, and is usually an attachment to the broodmare barn. The stalls are spacious and comfortable to ensure your broodmares utmost comfort during foaling. They come equip with monitoring systems. A ten stall structure takes up two acres of land. Included is a Veterinarian Area, where a specialized vet is on duty during breeding season. The cost will vary between purchases, and you can choose to buy additional stalls, or less stalls per purchase if you wish to do so.
