Yearling Barn - $8,000__________________________________________
The Yearling Barn is a specialized facility specifically for your young racing prospects, that comes with eight 12 x 14 foot stalls. Each stall costs about $800 each, and an eight stall structure takes up one and a half acres of land. Included with every eight stalls is one feed room, and two wash stalls. The overall cost will vary between purchases, and you can choose to buy additional stalls, or less stalls per purchase if you wish to do so.
