For example, say you have a broodmare named Somethingroyal who you would like to breed to Bold Ruler in the first half of February. Here is what you would post in the Sex Tags board.

R2136: SOMETHINGROYAL – February (1/2)
Bred to Bold Ruler (Link – $80,000)

Due Date: January (1/2)
Owned By: Claiborne Farms
Stud Fee: Paid on 6/15

Simply repeat the form for each mare you wish to breed. Make sure to post the breeding forms in chronological order from the date they are bred.
