YOUR STABLE BOARD____________________________________ 01. When your stable is accepted, admin will add it to the Barns board. In your stable board, you will need to keep track of all the horses you currently own. You can organize them into threads in whatever way you want to.
02. Once your board is made, send an Admin a couple images for your Sub-Boards so they can edit them. You need an image for your Farm Office, Main Barn, and one for Pastureland. Sending a couple images for each is preferable. If you can't find anything you like, you may request for an Admin to find them for you, instead.
03. For each of your Sub-Boards, you should have a thread that lists all the Facilities. For example, in your Main Barn sub-board, you should have information on all the Facilities in that barn, including the number of stalls, acres, and if you would like to go into detail, the appearance.
04. Your horses should be listed in threads in the barn you wish for them to be located at. For example, if you wanted you Three Year Old racing string to be located in your Main Barn, simply post a thread in the Main Barn sub-board titled "Three Year Olds." You can organize your horses however you wish, so long as you have their race record and their information somewhere in your board.
05. In the Farm Office, you can keep track of things such as Sales, Stakes Wins, Services Offered, and Employees. What you include is optional, but it is required you have a record of your current Employees. This includes Jockeys, Trainers, and other Employees that you can hire in the Contracts Registry.
06. Be sure to keep your Barn Board updated. Keep your horses' records up to date, or it is possible they may not be eligible to race. If you don't have enough facilities to accommodate the amount of horses you own, they will be confiscated, and you will be fined.
